Been doing good today as I have a week back on the wagon. Just going to keep recovery close to my heart and go with the flow.

Getting used to activities without being under the influence. I was worried about the whole, "Who am I w/out alcohol?" And, now I know that I'm Barb. Without alcohol. I was funny before I became physically dependent on alcohol and I'm still funny. People liked me before and they still like me.
